Cloudflare

We use the Content Delivery Network (CDN) of Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, c/o Mindspace, 80331 Munich Germany (Cloudflare) to increase the security and delivery speed of our website. This corresponds to our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). A CDN is a network of [globally] distributed servers that is able to deliver optimised content to the website user. For this purpose, personal data may be processed in server log files by Cloudflare. Please refer to the explanations under ‘Hosting’.

Cloudflare is the recipient of your personal data and acts as a processor for us. This corresponds to our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR not to operate a content delivery network ourselves.

Short Pixel

Shortpixel Image Optimisation This page uses an image compression and delivery algorithm provided by ShortPixel (ID SCOUT SRL) to optimise loading times. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required images into your browser cache. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the ShortPixel servers. As a result, ShortPixel becomes aware that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of ShortPixel Image Optimisation is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (‘Google’).Google Analytics uses so-called ‘cookies’, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. According to the GDPR, the USA is considered a third country with an insecure level of data protection.

However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports and statistics on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

As an alternative to the browser plug-in or within browsers on mobile devices, please click this link to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data within this website in the future: Google Analytics Opt-Out. This will place an opt-out cookie on your device*.

If you delete your cookies, you must click this link again.

This website uses Google Analytics with the IP masking extension (‘anonymiseIp’). This means that IP addresses are further processed in abbreviated form; according to Google, this should virtually rule out the possibility of personal identification. Insofar as the data collected about you is personally identifiable, this should therefore be immediately excluded and the personal data deleted immediately.

We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law(https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).

To protect your personal data, we have concluded an order processing contract with Google in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR and a special, supplementary data processing addendum.

Users’ personal data is deleted or anonymised after 14 months.
